We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oscar Deen eyewear, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Whether you need a different frame or a full refund, our process is designed to be as seamless as our classic silhouettes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the frames you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Carefully place the eyewear back into its original Oscar Deen protective case and shipping box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
